Abstract
Employers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is the endless impetus to promote organizational performance. Starting from the microcosmic point of view, we do research on factoring affecting the cultivation of OCB, put forward hypothesized framework on how to cultivate OCB and validate the framework by demonstration.- Full Text:
