How to Motivate People Working in Teams

Abstract
This article focuses on the benefits of teamwork. The research objective is to explore how to motivate peopleworking in teams. The study includes secondary research to gather data and add to existing knowledge. This
article concludes with suggestions for improving team performance by improving motivation. These include
objective-based team training, voluntarily formed teams, team-based leadership and communication system. As
far as future research is concerned, motivation methods in cross-cultural situations might be a valuable area for
further research.
