Abstract
The objective of this research was to propose an instrument based on the ECL Valenzuela (ECL, acronym for Work Climate Scale in Spanish), which could maintain an optimal level of reliability, but with its slim structure. The methodology used was a quantitative approach with no experimental transactional design which used Exploratory Factor Analysis AFE (for its acronym in Spanish), as a consequence 37 items were able to be reduced and the structure was adapted to attend preschools, maintaining the level of reliability of the instrument, as a result a new instrument CL Preschool took place. It is concluded that from the dimensions: Collaborative Environment, Manager Relationships, Professional Development, Compensation, Membership, Information, Training, Organization and Labor Media, the organizational climate can be explained from the preschooler research subjects.- Full Text: PDF
