Abstract
This paper aims to identify the antecedents of inter-functional coordination in the Supply Chain context « Caseof the medicament flows in a Moroccan University Hospital ». In doing so, the analysis of the literature allows toderive a series of factors influencing the coordination. The main influencing factors such as: culture, formalization,trust, commitment, information sharing and informal relations. Therefore, an exploratory qualitative study, basedon semi-structured interviews, is necessary to report the results of a verification of the stated factors above.- Full Text: PDF
