Abstract

With the rapid growth of China’s economy, convergence has become a basic form of modern organization infinancial industry. Taking Guangdong province as example, this paper firstly sets up an evaluation index offinancial convergence degree, then apply Factor Analysis method to quantify the financial convergence degreeof Guangdong. Finally Multiple Regression Analysis and Cointegration Test prove the positive relationshipbetween financial convergence and modern service industry in Guangdong.
