RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EFFICIENCY LEVEL OF WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT AND RETURN ON TOTAL ASSETS IN ISE (ISTANBUL STOCK EXCHANGE)

Abstract
In our study we aimed to determine the relationship between efficiency level of firms being traded in ISE in working capital management and their return on total assets. We tried to explain the relationship between different indicators relating to efficiency in working capital management and their return on total assets through two models. According to the results in terms of both all the firms involved in the study and sectors there is a significance negative relationship between cash conversion cycle, net working capital level, current ratio, accounts receivable period, inventory period and return on total assets.
