Analysis of Industrial Organizational Structure of West China

Abstract
Comparing with developed areas of Mid-eastern China, the present industrial organizational structure of West China can far from adopt the objective requirements of economical development. In this article, we detailedly analyze the main problems existing in the industrial organizational structure of West China which include low level of scale economy, high proportional state-owned economy, low level of specialization division and collaboration, excessive large and complete, small and complete omnipotent corporations, and put forward the optimized methods of industrial organizational structure of West China.- Full Text: PDF
