Use of Land in China: Government Regulation Financing Dependence and Policy Orientation

Abstract
The policy for use of land is one of important components in the economic reformation in China. Beginning from the present situation of Chinese policies for use of land, this paper has taken Zhejiang province as a representative example to make an analysis, finding that there are many problems in Chinese present policies for use of land, pointing out that the future reformation should focus on solving three issues, including the duel land-system, the government regulation and financing dependence, and the imperfection of relevant legal system. Conclusions in this paper are meaningful in deepening Chinese policies for use of land.- Full Text:
