The practical analysis on participators of current Chinese POF

Abstract
Current Chinese POF industry is still short of comprehensive legislation. Thus, the cooperative relationship between participants involved in account management model POF and trust plan model POF is quite unsteady and risky before the promulgation of new PBL. Furthermore, the conflict between Chinese Company Law and the new PBL had restrained the scope of development of limited partnership POF.
