Abstract

China’s laggard development in corporate bond market as well as its imbalanced development in capital market
has greatly increased the risks in China’s financial system. This paper is mainly intended to analyze some factors
influencing the development of China’s bond market as well as to come up with some suggestions with the
purpose to promote relevant development in China.
