The Influence of Political-Legal Forces on Jordanian Industrial Exports in the Private Sector

Abstract
This study aims to measure the Influence of Political-Legal forces, which both are elements in the marketingexternal environment, on Jordanian exporting performance. The researchers employed the experimentalapproach in conducting the study and the applications of this approach including statistical analysis of datacollected for the field study. The population of the sample comprises marketing managers in Jordanian exportingcompanies. Questionnaires were distributed over a convenience sample that amounted to (50) respondents. Theresearchers found that political and legal factors hold an effect on the Jordanian exporting performance. Theeffect of political and legal factors on the Jordanian exporting performance does not vary according to themarketing manager’s educational level and marketing manager’s working experience. The study suggests thatthe concluded pyramid to be treated as a point of reference to Jordanian decision makers when attempting toencounter or avoid the threats posed by political and legal factors on the exporting performance.- Full Text: PDF
