The attention is focused on the necessity of the state, including internal affairs bodies, to pay special attention to this prevention way. The authors specify a number of factors that exist in the Republic of Kazakhstan and contribute to the mentioned crimes and rest on the subjects that carry out victimologic prevention. The authors point out that the lack of distinctly formulated state policy of victimologic impact on criminality in the Republic of Kazakhstan leads to difficulties in the practice of applying the above measures of victimologic character.
