Abstract
The method of box dimension is used in this paper for calculating the fractal dimension of the fuel air explosive(FAE) explosive images. The relationship between fractal dimension and the expansion law of fireball
is discussed. The change of explosion image fractal dimension all the time is studied, and its change law is
inferred, with the reason analyzed, which lays the foundation for the further study of explosive process.
