About Journal

Journal of Mathematics Research is an international, double-anonymized peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Canadian Center of Science and Education. The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, and scholarly contributions in all areas of mathematics, including pure mathematics, applied mathematics, and interdisciplinary mathematical sciences.

Authors are encouraged to submit complete, original, unpublished manuscripts that are not under review by any other journal. All published articles are freely available online.

Focus and Scope

Journal of Mathematics Research publishes original work in pure, applied, and computational mathematics. Core areas include algebra, number theory, combinatorics, analysis, geometry, topology, mathematical logic, dynamical systems, differential equations, probability, statistics, numerical analysis, optimization, control, scientific computing, and mathematical modeling. Interdisciplinary studies are eligible only when they formulate a clearly defined mathematical problem, deliver an identifiable mathematical advance (theorem, proof, model, method, or algorithm with rigorous analysis), and evaluate it against appropriate baselines. Mere application of established mathematics to new domains is insufficient unless it reveals new mathematical structure. The journal excludes routine model fitting, descriptive statistics, empirical benchmarks without mathematical novelty, software implementations, engineering optimization lacking mathematical insight, and education studies. Authors of computational work should provide code, data, and a reproducibility statement.
