On the Computation of the Numerical Blow-up Time of Solution for a Parabolic System

Abstract

In this work, we investigate blow-up phenomena in coupled parabolic equations through finite difference discretization. A numerical method  using a scheme with uniform temporal grid size is used for estimating the blow-up time of the solution of a Coupled System when the solution diverges at a finite time.  After establishing conditions under which blow up occurs  and proving convergence of numerical blow-up times,    we give some numerical experiments to illustrate our analysis
