Abstract
This study presents an innovative analysis of the complex interplay between narcoterrorism and fanatical insurgency in the Sahel region of Africa. This study adopts a compartmental mathematical modeling approach to understand how these two phenomena influence each other and how they evolve. By making some data estimations and simulations, we explore possible scenarios for the evolution of this difficult situation. The results of our model provide essential information for policy-makers and security analysts. They allow us to better understand the underlying dynamics that fuel violence in the Sahel, and to identify potential strategies for mitigating these threats.
