The Model of Students Citizenship Enhancement at the Vocational Certificate Level, Agricultural and Technology Colleges

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the components and indicators of good citizenship characteristics among students, and the guidelines for enhancing student citizenship; (2) to develop a model for enhancing student citizenship; (3) to study the results of implementing the citizenship enhancement model ; and (4) to evaluate the use of the model for enhancing student citizenship. The research was divided into four phases: (1) studying the fundamental data for creating the citizenship enhancement model for students; (2) developing the citizenship enhancement model for Vocational Certificate students at Agricultural and Technology Colleges; (3) studying the results of implementing the developed citizenship enhancement model for students ; and (4) evaluating the citizenship enhancement model for students. The sample size, based on the Krejcie and Morgan table, consisted of 306 people, selected using multi-stage random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire, with reliability determined using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. Data analysis involved percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Priority Need Index (PNImodified).
