Model of Promoting Teacher Spirit Based on Teacher Professional Competency for Student

Abstract
The goal of this study is to create a model for raising teachers’ morale based on their professional competencies. We randomly selected 400 students from 12 different fields at Roi Et Rajabhat University and Rajabhat University. The research’s tools include tests, surveys, and a manual on developing teaching spirit based on teacher professional competencies. The mean, standard deviation, and standard deviation were the statistics utilized in the data analysis. The findings demonstrated that: The model of encouraging teachers’ spirit in accordance with students’ professional competencies There are four steps involved: Step 1: Planning, Step 2: Implementation, Step 3: Observation, Step 4: Reflection, it is evident that the components of instructors’ professional competencies are crucial for effective teaching. Students’ learning management behavior was statistically significantly influenced at the level of 0.01 with an influence value of 0.58 by the motivation to have a public mind and the capacity to manage learning.
