Program to Enhance Porcelain Music Learning Management Competence for Teachers in Colleges and Universities in Jing Dezhen

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) To investigate the components and indicators of porcelain music learning management competence for teachers. 2) To explore the current state and desire state of porcelain music learning management competence. 3) To develop and evaluate enhance porcelain music learning management competence for teachers in colleges and universities in Jing Dezhen. The study was divided into 3 phases. The first phase, studying learning components and indicators of porcelain music learning management competence for teachers, 5 experts were selected using the purposive sampling in order to identify the learning components and indicators of porcelain music learning management competence for teachers. The second phase, studying current and desirable characteristics of porcelain music learning management competence for teachers, researcher used the multi-stage random sampling to select 210 teachers in colleges and universities in Jing Dezhen as the samples. The third phase, Program to enhance porcelain music learning management competence for teachers in colleges and universities in Jing Dezhen, researcher investigated 5 experts using purposive sampling method to verify and confirm the program. In order to collect data, Mean, Standard Deviation, PNI, questionnaires, semi-structure interview, focus group discussion, and model of assessment were used as research tools. The data were then collected using both qualitative and content analysis. The results showed that. 1) components and indicators of the porcelain music learning management for enhance learning management for teachers in colleges and universities in Jing Dezhen were at the highest level. There were 6 components, and 29 indicators followed: 1) Teamwork cooperation with 5 indicators, 2) Practice on purpose with 5 indicators, 3) Culture construction with 5 indicators, 4) Knowledge management with 4 indicators, 5) Methodology design with 5 indicators, and 6) Vision competence with 5 indicators. 2) The current characteristics of the porcelain music learning management were at moderate level and the desirable characteristics were at the highest level. The highest PNI was Methodology design and next were the Vision competence and Knowledge concept. 3) Program to enhance porcelain music learning management competence for teachers in colleges and universities in Jing Dezhen, the result was at highest level of suitability and feasibility. The program consisted of principle, objective, content, method, and evaluation which included Creativity, Knowledge concept, Teamwork corporation, Culture construction, Vision competence, Methodology design, and Practice on purpose modules.
