Medical Criminal Offences in the New Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract
The article aims to analyze the issue of medical criminal offences. Medical criminal offences were originally introduced into the criminal law used on the territory of the Commonwealth of Independent States by separate chapter XII. The role of these offences in the protection of human health is defined. The main problems of medical criminal offences are determined on the basis of the new Criminal code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. An increased focus is put on the considered violations. Proprietary methods to solve the problems are proposed.- Full Text: PDF
