Abstract
Increasing competitiveness of enterprises involves the introduction of new technologies in production and management focused on continuous monitoring of labor productivity as well as identifying indicators of its growth. Forming groups of factors and evaluation of their impact on labor productivity allows us to find reserves of its growth. The aim of the study was to develop a methodological approach to provide reasonable set of indicators of labor productivity growth, aimed at increasing competitiveness of enterprises. Developed tools make it possible to calculate and substantiate the growth indicators variation with regard to the predicted value of labor productivity. This methodological approach can be used to identify directions of growth of enterprise competitiveness.- Full Text: PDF
