Abstract

The article briefly highlights main theoretical approaches to understanding the uneven of spatial development.The analysis of existing methods of evaluating the effectiveness of management by smoothing of spatialpolarization in the region was made. The methods of evaluating the effectiveness of state and municipaladministrating systems were described. The system of indicators for assessing management effectiveness ofeconomic territory polarization in the region was studied.
