Justice as a Principle of Law and Basis of Legal Practice

Abstract
The principle of justice reflects the essence of law and compromise between the state and the citizen. The purpose of the present research is to determine the content and status of legal justice as a basis for legal practice. Manipulation of evaluative concepts is very complex within legal practice as it appeals to the conscience, search the boundaries of just and unjust. The rapid development of scientific knowledge changes the traditional interpretation of the rights and obligations, people’s legal consciousness, ways to implement the usual rights and obligations.- Full Text: PDF
