Abstract

The author begins the paper with a brief historical perspective of global private capital flows to Sub-Saharan Africa. He then presents the methodology employed during the research.  This is followed by the review of the literature.  Next the researcher outlines the theoretical framework and his findings.  He also analyzes economics strategies to attract global capital and implications for decision makers in Sub-Saharan Africa. The author ends the paper with some recommendations and the way forward.
