Abstract
Globalisation is a big but controversial issue: What are the major forces for globalisation? Will globalisation bring about more opportunities or more risks? Is globalisation an economic, technological, cultural, social or political issue? Different understanding of and different attitudes towards globalisation affect the process of globalisation differently. Meanwhile, the theories on globalisation are themselves a powerful weapon, which has been used to promote or fight against globalisation.- Full Text:
