Study on Background of Music Education in Higher Normal Universities in China

Abstract
It was not until the earlier 20th Century that music education in higher normal universities in China was born, and it started with the original intention of borrowing and learning western music content and forms. By analysis of historical literature review, this article is going to explore historical factors that have contributed to birth of music education in higher normal universities in China, get to the root of the history and take history as a mirror.- Full Text: PDF
