Abstract
This article discusses the technical and economic efficiency of conversion of gas-turbine engines for use invarious industries. Russian aircraft engine production capacity is not able to meet the needs of gas turbineengines for terrestrial applications. The only solution to this situation is the conversion of aircraft engine exhausttheir flight hours. We propose a criterion for the relative economic efficiency of aircraft engines conversion, allowing to select the most appropriate type of engine based on its characteristics.- Full Text: PDF
