Home Environment and Emergent Literacy among Young Children in Iran

Abstract
The major purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between home environment andemergent literacy among 90 children (40 boys and 50 girls) aged 3 to 4 years. Pearson correlation analysis wasconducted to examine the relationship between home environment and emergent literacy. The result of this studyrevealed that home environment had significant relationship with children’s emergent literacy.- Full Text:
