Abstract
This article focuses on the problem of optimization of the current planning in the local meat and dairy agribusiness, determination of the optimal annual plan of production for all agricultural enterprises, meat and dairy plants, and refrigeration services providers using a system of models. The models that allow reproducing the behavior of economic systems in a very wide range of changing conditions, including those, which are difficult to observe in reality, or which are associated with a large region and significant costs.- Full Text: PDF
