Abstract
This work examines the current state of dairy cattle breeding in Russia and in the Siberian Federal District, on the example of the Novosibirsk region. Main disadvantages of the existing mechanism of state support for agriculture are defined. The authors propose a set of economic indicators that help to improve efficiency in allocating state funding on the basis of production volumes and the level of production costs in a separate agricultural organization, municipality, natural and economic zone and the region as a whole.- Full Text: PDF
