Abstract
This article conducts the analysis of key performance indicators (KPI) applied in Russian educational system today. Analysis of foreign researchers’ scientific approaches to the practice of application of such performance indicators as citation index and number of publications in magazines was conducted from the point of view of the accuracy of performance evaluation of scientific and teaching staff. Evaluation of indicators significance is made. Comparative analysis of basic performance indicators that Russian leading universities are going to reach in 2020 in their programs of competitive growth among world leading scientific and educational centers is given.- Full Text: PDF
