- Aigul Turehanovna Ismagulova
Abstract
The present article deals with the problems of criminal-legal regulation of compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, and offers defined innovations in the existing criminal laws.
