Literary Text as a Unit of Culture in the Classes of Russian as a Second Language

Abstract
This article discusses some features of using literary text as a unit of culture as didactic material in the classes of Russian as a second language. The theoretical premise of our study is the postulates of modern linguistics, functional stylistics, cultural linguistics, and linguodidactics. This scientific paper presents the interrelation of the literary text and culture, the criteria for the selection of the texts, and describes some aspects of the work with literary text in teaching Russian as a second language The author proposes a methodological description of the use of literary texts in teaching Russian as a foreign language. The article concludes that the literary text is important cultural information that should be considered while studying the Russian language.- Full Text: PDF
