Abstract
As “population” is the most important potential factor among the sources of “national power”, under the circumstances of people suffering from unhealthy conditions stemmed from lack of exercise, reviewing the experiences of superpowers Australia and the United States of America has thus been chosen as the purpose of research, and, therefore, derived the proposal of a research on approaches to elevate “professional standards” for “sport coaches” through Thailand’s relevant agencies, particularly the Department of Physical Education, Ministry of Tourism and Sports, as the primary conditions in developing population potential, which would lead to the national power in the long run.- Full Text: PDF
