To Learn Democracy in Competitive Democratic Election and Learn to Safeguard Democratic Rights of the Party Members

Abstract
How a ruling party in a developing country learns democracy in practice and learns to safeguard the democratic rights of the Party members and constructs a corresponding democratic safeguard mechanism in modern democratic social construction is an important subject that is faced up by the ruling party of each developing country. Located in the western part of China, Yucheng District Ya’an City in Sichuan Province, for the first time, conducted a competitive direct election experiment among Party representatives of the CPC in 2002, and pioneered competitive democratic election, which offered new thought and experiences for the CPC to learn democracy in competitive democratic election and construct democratic rights safeguard mechanism of the Party members.- Full Text: PDF
