Translation quality assessment, with which both translation theory and practice are concerned, has been discussed and stressed. Translation quality improvement should also be reviewed before assessing and criticizing a translation version. The awareness development and practice should be emphasized on. This paper attempts to explore several ways of improving translation quality, which emphasize translation accuracy, quality of writing and value of the text.
