Study on Argumentation Ability of Judicial Adjudication

Abstract
Argumentation of judicial adjudication is an important means to acquire approval of a client and improve acceptability of a judgment. However, the judicial adjudication in China still has a lot of disadvantages in terms of adjudication of determination of fact, collection of evidence and application of law. Hence, it has been increasingly urgent to enhance the argumentation ability of judicial adjudication from the perspectives of macro system and micro argumentation technique.- Full Text: PDF
