Abstract
In this study, starting from a system of four codons, we demonstrate that the traditional framework of the genetic code, structured in three codons, is associated with the corresponding amino acids. We argue that our formalism can be connected with a geometric scenario, establishing a link between the four codons and the Riemann tensor of general relativity, a model for theory of gravity.
