Emotional intelligence and its Relationship with Administrative Creativity among School Principals in Karak

Abstract
The present study aimed to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and administrative creativity among principals in Karak. That was explored from the perspective of principals and teachers at Karak, Jordan. A questionnaire was used to fulfill the study’s goals. The sample consists from 1200 teachers and 50 principals. It was concluded that the emotional intelligence and administrative creativity levels of principals in Karak are moderate from the respondents’ perspective. It was also concluded that there is a statistically significant positive relationship – at the statistical significance level of (a ≤ 0.05) - between emotional intelligence and administrative creativity among principals in Karak.
