Abstract
The article analyzes the legal regulation of trade and economic cooperation in the territory of the SCO member states. Based on the analysis of legal acts regulating these legal relations both internationally and nationally, the authors make a number of proposals for improving the regulatory framework, placing particular emphasis on the regulation of economic relations between the subjects of the Russian Federation and other regions of foreign states (using the example of Krasnodar Krai).- Full Text: PDF
