In this direction a useful tool for understanding a network’s state of health of its relations with stakeholders would appear to be network analysis. Methodology/approach – The research, qualitative in nature, was developed through the study of national and international literature. Findings – The research presents much theoretical evidence of what the study of business network might provide.
