Network and Communication Technologies is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal, published by the Canadian Center of Science and Education. The journal publishes research articles, literature review articles, commentaries, case studies, etc. in all areas of communications and network.
Authors are encouraged to submit complete, unpublished, original works that are not under review in any other journals. The scopes of the journal include, but are not limited to, the following fields:
- Wireless system architectures
- Network protocols
- Network services
- QoS and multimedia networking
- Network applications
- Security, authentication, and cryptography
- Algorithmic aspects of communication networks
- Signal processing techniques and tools
- Network operation and management
- Internet of things
- Network design and performance evaluation
- On-line social networks
- Complex network models
The journal is published in both print and online versions. The online version is free access and download.

Paper Selection and Publishing Process
a) Upon receipt of a submission, the editorial assistant sends an e-mail of confirmation to the submission’s author within one to three working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, your submission e-mail may have been missed.
b) Peer review. We use a double-blind system for peer review; both reviewers’ and authors’ identities remain anonymous. The paper will be reviewed by at least two experts: one editorial staff member and at least one external reviewer. The review process may take 2-3 weeks.
c) Notification of the result of review by e-mail.
d) If the submission is accepted, the authors revise paper and pay the publication fee (300USD).
e) After publication, the corresponding author will receive two hard copies of the journal, free of charge. If you want to keep more copies, please contact the editorial assistant before making an order.
f) A PDF version of the journal is available for download on the journal’s website, free of charge.
