- Jing Wang
Abstract
The timing of M & A is the important aspect of M&A theory. In recent years China's mergers and acquisitions rapidly developed, while there was rare in-depth analysis and scientific verification of the affecting factors of the increasing acquisition. In this paper, according to the subject research in the global, we do empirical test of the macroeconomic factors that may affect the corporate acquisition, and we find that economic growth, interest rates, money supply, exchange rates will affect the number of China’s corporate mergers and acquisitions, while the relationship between the M & A and the stock market and economy freedom are not significant.- Full Text:
