Applying Game Theory to Optimize Expenses for Employees’ Remuneration

Abstract
This article contains methodological aspects of expenses optimization for compensation of employees. Ananalytical evaluation of the funds allocated to the remuneration of personnel based on the application of gametheory models is suggested. Calculations are recommended to regulate the expenses for remuneration inaccordance with the objectives of the company.- Full Text: PDF
