Abstract
In this article, “Learner-centered” teaching strategy is re-examined from both a macro and micro point to make up for the weaknesses of foreign languages teaching in China. When put in the background of globalization, how to localize it in a specific way suitable for the Chinese students based on their special culture psychology and study environment is of most importance
