Analysis and Forecast about China’s Foreign Exchange Reserves Based on Grey System

Abstract


Based on the Grey correlation analysis, the paper analyzes the influencing factors which affect the foreign exchange reserves in China. It also points out the main connected factors and forecasts the foreign exchange reserves in future by using GM (1, 1) model.
