Pro-Environmental Workplace Intention Behaviour in the Malaysian Public Organization

Abstract
This study utilizes Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behaviour as its theoretical framework to extend the previous literature on pro-environmental workplace intention-behaviour in the organization. Findings indicated that all factors (attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioural control) have a significant positive influence on pro-environmental workplace intention-behaviour. This study contributes to body of research and extends our understanding of the pro-environmental workplace intention-behaviour in the Malaysian public sector and identifying the most influences factor of pro-environmental workplace intention-behaviour. It is essential for public sector employee to have positive environmental workplace behaviour to support government policy implementation for the green organization.- Full Text: PDF
