Publication Fees Adjustment Notice (Effective January 1, 2013)

  

Due to an unfavorable US dollar exchange rate and increasing operation costs, the publication fee of Environment and Pollution will be adjusted from $200.00 USD to $300.00 USD per article, effective January 1, 2013.

 

For manuscripts submitted before January 1, 2013 but unpaid before February 28, 2013, the new rate will apply.

Environment and Pollution: Call for Paper

Published by the Canadian Center of Science and Education, Environment and Pollution (EP) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal with both print and online versions. EP encourages high-quality submissions. In order to carry out our non-discrimination principles, we use a double-blind system of peer review. EP covers the entire spectrum of research including the following topics: environmental quality management, ecological effects of pollutants in air, water and soil environments, waste management, the sustainable use of environmental resources, the marine environment, environmental biotechnology, radioecology and climate change.

Participation in the peer-review process is absolutely essential to the success and reputation of the journal. Reviewers along with the editors determine which work is of quality and significance. Due to extensive readership, the research and scholarship presented will ultimately have an impact on literacy in classrooms, nationally and internationally.

Reviewer's name will be listed in the printed journal and on the journal's webpage.

Requirements

a). possess a doctoral degree in the specific subject related closely to the journal;
b). hold a job at a university or academic organization, in a teaching or research position;
c). be fluent in academic and professional English;
d). have a strong interest in scholarly journal;
e). work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
