Advices about College Underachievers’ Educational Transformation

Abstract

College underachievers’ educational transformation is the important work to comprehensively cultivate the builders and successors of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, but a hard, sensitive, and complex work. Starting from the root of this problem, this article puts forward the “people-oriented” educational concept and research method, explores the work art of underachievers’ educational transformation, in order to comprehensively enhance the effect of educational transformation.
